Steve is a creative and visionary leader with experience across every level of the market transformation process - from testing and qualifying electromechanical systems, to designing analytical models, to developing and implementing policy, to facilitating high-level Ministerial, corporate, and philanthropic forums.

He has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
